Suburban Precision Mold Co., Inc. takes great pride in our precision molds that we build for our customers. As part of our ISO-9002 certification we continually and faithfully check all of our steel to make sure that it matches the design and is in tolerance. When a part is out of tolerance we notify engineering to either request a part change or a dimensional variation. If a dimensional variation is not accepted we will fix the part to specification or re-manufacture a new piece. With the ability to run prototype and production molds in our molding area we are able to provide the customer with first article inspection, PPAP inspection, and SPC inspection reports as requested.
Suburban Precision Mold Co., Inc. is certified in the ISO-9002 standards program.
